A. CONVERSION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS INTO XBRL FORMAT.

 

  • To convert financial statements prepared in MS words document into XBRL version using the online tool, FS Manager
  • To re-group the balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in equity and cash flow statement prepared in MS words document into the format required in XBRL as defined by ACRA.
  • To liaise with Corporate Secretaries for the deliverables of the financial statements which have been prepared in XBRL format for them to file with ACRA via the Bizfile website.
  B. LEAD TIME AND REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR CONVERTING TO XBRL FORMAT.

Non-listed companies  - 5 working days following receipt of all required information.
Listed companies - 7 working days following receipt of all required information.

 

Information required:-

  1. Hardcopy of the signed audited financial statements
  2. Softcopy of the audited financial statements (in MS words document).

Mr.Yang is the Managing Partner and founder of C.C.Yang & Co, a public accounting firm. He is the Principal Consultant and Technical Advisor for Titan Management Pte.Ltd. As the Managing Partner, he is mainly involved in the management of client accounts and business development. Mr.Yang has a wealth of experience in public accounting and worked as an auditor with an international accounting firm, Arthur Young & Co. from 1978 to 1982. Mr. Yang left Arthur Young & Co. as a Senior Audit Manager. In his career of more than 20 years, he has handled the audits of both listed companies and multi-national companies in a variety of industries such as trading and manufacturing.

Mr. Yang is a Fellow Practising Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, UK. He is also actively involved in the regulatory, membership and educational committees of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (”ACRA”) and the ICPAS.

Ong Wee Keong, CPA, ACCA

 Wee Keong is the Technical Consultant for Titan Management Pte.Ltd. He has over 12 years of experience in external audit, with a diverse clientele from small and medium enterprises to multi-national companies in various industries.

Wee Keong is a Practising Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) and a Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is a partner in C.C.Yang & Co.
