Gea Ban Peng, B.C.A.
Gea Ban Peng is the director and shareholder of Titan Management Pte.Ltd. Graduated with a degree in Accountancy from Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand) in 1978. He worked as an auditor in an international accounting firm and as the financial controller for a local group of companies prior to going into professional practice providing accounting, tax and corporate secretarial services in 1986.

Ban Peng has 20 years experience managing the accounting outsource service. He worked closely with clients from China, Japan, USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Finland and other countries. The nature of the businesses include manufacturing, trading, financial services, and other service industries. As the outsource accountant, he oversees the local accounting requirements, the head office reporting requirements, local budget preparation, income tax issues, statutory audit and other reporting requirements.

Low Kong Tat, CPA, FCCA
Low Kong Tat is the director and shareholder of Titan Management Pte. Ltd. He has over 15 years of experience in both external and internal audit, with a diverse clientele from small and medium enterprises to multi-national companies in various industries. He has worked in one of the big four international accounting firms in Singapore for several years, managing a portfolio of clients and a team of professional staff. He has also travelled to the Asia Pacific region, the United States, India and Russia for internal audit assignments, and has the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.

Kong Tat is a Practising Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) and a Fellow Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Kong Tat also manages his own public accounting firm, IKA International.
